Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellation is 48 hours prior to arrival. We use the standard 24 hour cancellation policy;
Customers may lose one nights tariff or deposit when cancellation is within 24 hours of their stay ( this means anytime the day prior to arrival or reservation)
If customers are “in-house” and shorten their stay they may be liable to pay for the next nights stay or lose that amount off any refund due upon leaving earlier than their reservation indicated.
