Terms & conditions for 'Win a Kalbarri Getaway ' competition

1. By entering into the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. No purchase is required for entry into the competition.
3. Instructions on how to enter this competition and other details contained within the advertising material for this prize draw form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Competition entry is limited to Western Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
5. Entrants can only enter the competition once.
6. Competition commences on the 31/5//2010 and closes on the 276/10.
7. The Promoter is the Kalbarri Visitor Centre Inc, trading as Kalbarri Visitor Centre 70 Grey Street, Kalbarri WA 6536. Australian Business Number is 211 550 522 09
9. The major prize winner will be selected by an independent judge from Kalbarri Visitor Centre 70 Grey Street, Kalbarri WA 6536, at 12:00pm on Monday 28/6/2010
10. The winner will receive: Two nights’ accommodation in the Executive Spa room at the Edge Resort, Two 1.5 hour horse rides with Big River Ranch. The prize winner will receive a voucher from Kalbarri Visitor Centre which specifies booking details for booking.
11. The major prize does not include travel insurance, spending money and any other costs of a personal nature not specifically included in these Terms and Conditions.
12. Kalbarri Visitor Centre and other partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
13. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and his/her nominated travel companion. The major prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use them as stated. The major prize is not redeemable for cash. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person. The major prize winner will be notified by Kalbarri Visitor Centre by telephone or email from 28/6/10
14. The draw will take place at the office of Kalbarri Visitor Centre, 70 Grey Street, Kalbarri WA 6536.
15. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. Prizes will be sent to the winner’s nominated address as stated in their original entry and the Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion take no responsibility for prizes mailed to winners who have supplied incorrect name and/or address details.
17. In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value.
18. Officers and employees Kalbarri Visitor Centre and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
19. Kalbarri Visitor Centre and suppliers of prizes shall have no liability, in negligence or howsoever, for any accident, loss, illness, injury, damage, or inconvenience suffered by you or any individual or property arising out of or after the prize draw.
20. Entries and entrants details to this competition may be used by Kalbarri Visitor Centre and Australia’s Coral Coast for future marketing and promotional purposes.
21. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter [subject to any written directions given under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) or other applicable state legislation] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems of the phone or of any phone network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s phone related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.
