* We will refund your deposit if notified 31 days prior to arrival allowing time to rebook the accommodation
* Cancelled bookings made within the 30 day period of arrival forfeit their accommodation unless it is able to be re-booked.
* No show and cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit any payment/s that have been made to the Kalbarri Visitor Centre for the accommodation booking.

Please let property in the same condition as check in
If the property is not left in a clean and reasonable state an additional cleaning fee will be charged
The timber breakfast bar is not to be used as a chopping board nor can any hot pots etc be placed on this timber as this will result in scatches burns and damage this will result in an additional fee to bring this timber back to a new condition as found.
Please take care with curtains in kitchen area Any damage to any furniture furnishings or property in general will result in a replacement fee to equal value of cost.
Salty Blue sleeps a maximum of 4 pax. If additional people are staying your booking will be immediately cancelled and forced to vacate the property with no refund
