We intend our reputation to grow as Kalbarri's in-town adult retreat, justifying this by our high standards of comfort, hospitality, privacy and service offered to our guests. We offer our guests a choice of King or Queen spa suites (including TV, DVD, mini fridge, tea and coffee making) or Queen deluxe suites. Other features include quality linen, fluffy robes, guest pool, guest lounge, afternoon tea, complimentary tea and coffee.

Cancellation Policy

Please review the Kalbarri Visitor Centre Terms and Conditions prior to completing your booking https://www.kalbarri.org.au/terms $55 booking centre cancellation fee applies to cancellations. If a cancellation is received more than 14 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded less a 10% handling fee with the exception of Christmas New Year Easter and peak holiday periods requiring a 21 day cancellation period.

If a cancellation is received less than 14 days before arrival the deposit may be forfeited unless we can resell the room or negotiate alternative arrangements. A no refund policy is applicable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival unless we are able to resell the room. A no refund policy applies for Christmas New Year Easter and peak holiday periods if cancelled less than 21 days prior arrival unless we are able to resell the room. Should you terminate your stay after arrival payment for the full period will be required unless alternative arrangements are negotiated with the management.
