The Peet Park Units 2 & 3 are part of a three unit development on one block, with two new units constructed behind an existing renovated two story cottage. The units are owner maintained with the owners located onsite 24 hours per day. Each unit has two Queen size bedrooms suitable for two singles, or one to two couples (25 years +).


Centrally located in the Kalbarri Townsite (two streets back from the Murchison River) the units are located only 5 – 10 minutes walking distance to any of the Kalbarri Townsite attractions, such as the Kalbarri Foreshore, shopping and food outlets.

In Kalbarri - travel North on Grey Street along the foreshore. Collect your keys from the Visitor Centre and continue North on Grey Street.
Turn right into Woods Street, left into Smith Street and right into Carlton Crescent.

Operator Terms and Conditions Please review the Kalbarri Visitor Centre Terms and Conditions prior to completing your booking A $30 operator cancellation fee and $55 booking centre fee applies to all cancellations Minimum 28 Days to receive refund applies to all bookings.. Bookings cancelled under 28 days - $30 cancellation fee and all days that cannot be re-booked will be forfeited. Checkout time is 10am. Late Check Out without prior approval will incur additional fee. 50% of daily booking rate up to 11.30am and 100% of daily booking rate after 11.30 am. Terms: 1.The person making the booking is referred to hereafter as the client. All occupants must be at least 25 years of age or older children travelling with parental supervision. The client must confirm that the units will only be used by no more than 2 single persons or 2 couples. 2.The client must not allow more people than stated in the original booking to occupy the property without written consent of the Owner or the KVC. If this were to occur without consent the owner reserves the right to refuse occupancy charge additional pax fees up to the max 4 occupants. 3.The client or any member of the party shall not be allowed to take any young children or animals into the property unless this has been arranged in advance & acknowledged in the booking confirmation. 4.The client & all members of the party agree to both keep the property clean & tidy & to leave the property in a similar condition as it was found upon arrival. 5.The client is responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by the client and/or any member of the party. 6.The Owner is entitled at his/her sole & absolute discretion to refuse to hand over to the client or to repossess the property where damage is or is likely to be caused by the client or any members of the party. Such an event will be treated as a cancellation of the booking by the client. 7.Credit card details to be provided and deductions will apply for unreasonable damage not considered by the owner to be general wear and tear. 8. Peak Season is determined as during WA School Holiday periods. 9. Refreshment of unit linen will occur after each short stay and weekly if bookings
