Downstairs consists of lounge, dining area with comfortable seating for 6.
A separate kitchen & Laundry are some of the features that make this unit feel like a home away from home.
All rooms upstairs are spilt system air conditioned while the living area downstairs is reverse cycle. The property is spacious with tiled floors throughout keeping this lovely and cool in summer.
It sleeps 6 persons, with a queen bed in bedroom 1 followed by 2 single beds in each room of bedrooms 2 & 3.
Fitted out with a 46" LCD TV and DVD included & Foxtel for all the sport and movie watching as well as WIFI while relaxing on holiday in Kalbarri.
Unit 16 has off road car parking entering the property from Hackney ST with a carport and plenty of space for 2 vehicles or a boat and trailer.
Located very close to the foreshore, shops and restaurants, this is a great spot to stay for walking to the river for a swim or fish or popping down to the shops for the essentials.
Pelicans Shores Unit 16 require a $200 refundable bond when booking their property. This will be added to your accommodation booking at the shopping cart - The bond will be refunded on departure, by contacting the Visitor Centre on 0899371104 after the cleaner has inspected the property - Thank you

Pelican Shore villas are well-maintained, spacious units located on Grey st overlooking the River and Foreshore of Kalbarri.
Our unit is on the second row, with lovely views over the garden and pools areas.

Cancellation Policy
Please review the Kalbarri Visitor Centre Terms and Conditions prior to completing your booking https://www.kalbarri.org.au/terms Operators Cancellation:
All cancellations will incur a $40 surcharge
* Cancelled bookings made with 31 days’ notice will forfeit 1 nights’ accommodation. * Cancelled bookings made within a 30-day period of arrival will forfeit 1 night accommodation. All days that cannot be re-booked by the owner will be forfeited.
* No show and cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit any payment/s that have been made to the Kalbarri Visitor Centre for the accommodation booking.
Terms:
1.The person making the booking is referred to hereafter as the client.
2.The client must not allow more people than stated in the original booking to occupy the property without written consent of the Owner or the KVC. If this were to occur without consent the owner reserves the right to refuse occupancy charge additional pax fees up to the max 6 occupants.
3.The client or any member of the party shall not be allowed to take animals into the property.
4.The client & all members of the party agree to both keep the property clean & tidy & to leave the property in a similar condition as it was found upon arrival.
5.The client is responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by the client and/or any member of the party.
6. Peak Season is determined as during WA School Holiday periods.
