KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here

GREENS RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY A $30 operator administration fee applies to all cancelled bookings.

Cancelled bookings made within the 30 day period of arrival receive full refund of accommodation monies paid less the operator administration and booking centre fee.
Cancelled bookings made within the 14 day period of arrival forfeit 50% of their accommodation monies plus operator administration and booking centre fee.
Cancelled bookings made within the 7 day period of arrival forfeit their accommodation. CANCELLATION POLICY (Stay 4, Pay 3 Special): This is a special promotional rate and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, any payments made will be forfeited. Date changes may be permitted at the discretion of the accommodation provider, subject to availability.
