That’s every day at Caidan’s Cottage – a cosy, family-friendly brick cottage at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short walk from Blue Holes Beach.
This isn’t just a place to stay – it’s a place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy.

Room for Everyone – Two comfy Queen bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. Perfect for families or couples travelling together.
All the Essentials – Fully equipped kitchen, family-sized fridge/freezer + extra fridge/freezer, for extra drinks or bait for the fishers in your group, modern appliances, large top loader washing machine.
Stay Cool or Cosy – Ceiling fans, pedestal fans and radiators provided to bedrooms. A reverse cycle air-conditioner/heater to the main living room means you’ll be comfortable whatever the weather.
Plenty of space for a boat or trailer, undercover parking for two cars.
Extras for Fun – Crab nets ready in the lock-up shed if you fancy trying your luck in the river.

Just a few minutes’ walk to Blue Holes Beach where you can swim and snorkel in calm pools at low tide. For a change of scene, wander to the friendly town centre (approx 20 minutes by foot) to find shops, cafés, restaurants, and Chinaman’s Beach – safe, calm waters perfect for children.
The jetty and boat ramp are only a 5-minute drive away for easy fishing or boating adventures.
What’s Included:
Your cottage will be clean on arrival, with fresh linen, bedding, and bath towels provided (laundered by professional laundry service) . Please note the house is NOT serviced during your stay. Complimentary tea and coffee await to help you settle straight in. (Just bring your own beach towels and stock up on consumables like soap, toilet paper, and milk from the local IGA supermarket.)

Cancellation Policy
KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here : https://www.kalbarri.org.au/terms
CAIDANS COTTAGE REFUND POLICY and BOND AGREEMENT: Cancellations 30 days before check-in we will refund you 100% of the amount paid. (Less any uncontrollable fees taken by third party web sites). Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in we will refund you 50% of the amount paid (Less any uncontrollable fees taken by third party web sites). Cancellations of 14 days or less will receive NO REFUND.
Bond agreement: Caidans Cottage charges a flat fee for 4 persons and an additional small fee per person per night. A refundable bond of $250.00 is charged and this can be refunded upon vacation and a property inspection. Breaching the below could cause your bond to be kept by us in some extreme instances we would also seek an eviction with a loss of all monies paid: 1. The person renting the property must NOT allow more guests / people than stated in the original booking / confirmation letter to occupy the property without the payment of the additional costs. The property can be observed and evidence provided of more than the registered guests will incur a total loss of bond and further payment will be sort for extra guests. 2. No Parties or large gatherings allowed on the premises. 3. No Pets to be bought onto the property pets bought onto the property will incur a total loss of bond and eviction without any refunds of monies 4. Caidan’s Cottage is a popular holiday choice for visitors and often booked out for same day check in and checks out. To ensure property is presented for the next client by 2.00 pm we have a strict departure of 10.00 am. 5. The house MUST be left in a clean and tidy cond
