Chapman Valley Aquaculture are licenced to farm for commercial purposes Silver Perch, Barramundi, Marron, Koi and Goldfish.

At our catch and release fishing park you can cast a line for silver perch and black bream all year round, fish for barramundi in Summer or try your hand at the marron pond.

Fish for an hour or the whole day, the choice is yours. With all your fishing gear supplied, refreshments available at our café and plenty of landscaped picnic and barbeque areas, Chapman Valley Fishing Park is an easy place to laze away the hours, or host your next function.

FISHING PARK
Chapman Valley Fishing Park offers a fun, affordable and unique social escape with no fishing experience or equipment necessary. At our catch and release fishing park you can fish for an hour or the whole day, the choice is yours.

AQUACULTURE
Chapman Valley Aquaculture has been supplying Silver Perch and fingerlings for commercial and aquaponics purposes since 2008. We supply stock all year round for the wholesale and retail fish markets, aquaponics and farm dams.

Chapman Valley Aquaculture offers a uniquely beautiful rural setting for your function. Open for weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and sundowners, our function centre overlooks the natural landscape of picturesque Chapman Valley.

To reduce waste we crafted a range of premium relishes, sauces, and more, initially intended for our on-site café but destined to enhance your home dining experiences! Each jar brims with the essence of our dedication to sustainability and the vibrant taste of locally sourced goodness.
