KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKABLE PRODUCT

Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total, capped at $55.

This is in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property or for any reason beyond our control.

MEMBERS CANCELLATION POLICY REQUIREMENTS

All members must provide a detailed cancellation policy in BookEasy. This should include:

• When refunds will be issued.
• Any minimum numbers required for tours to operate.

The KVC will always contact the operator before processing a cancellation or refund.
