Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here: www.kalbarri.org.au/terms
PELICANS NEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Low Season: If cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival in low season, a deposit will be refunded less operator fee of $35 & $55 booking centre fee. If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival date all funds will be forfeited.
High season: W.A. School Holidays and Public Holiday Week-ends. NO refund will be given if bookings are cancelled or modified in these periods. In the case of NO-Show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
