Recycling Fishing Floats by painting on them is lots of fun. Once used by a local fisherman, resident artist Cynthia Fletcher will teach the kiddos some techniques and ideas that will turn 'old and scruffy' into something beautiful - to be proud of, to hang as a piece of art, or to give as a gift.
