It’s super easy to participate in sound healing! All you need to do is lay down and relax.

Sound healing or a sound bath is a beautiful relaxing modality that allows your nervous system to rest. This makes space in our body to breathe deeper and slow down and just take a moment in time for ourselves. And who doesn’t need that? 

Join us for a morning of profound relaxation and connection, where you’re warmly invited to be yourself and unwind. Our session encompasses meditation, sound healing, energy work, card readings, and refreshments.
