* An operator fee of $100 & $55 booking centre fee applies to all booking amendments & cancellations.
Cancellation Policy * 31 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the accommodation amount. * 14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the accommodation amount. * Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund. * Special offers: Bookings made under a special offer or promotional rate are non-refundable. * No-shows or early departures: No refund. * Booking changes: Subject to availability and the cancellation terms above. An amendment fee may apply to changes made after the booking is confirmed.

This is a pet-free property. No pets of any kind are permitted.
GUEST POLICY
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests

No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight without prior approval
The property is NOT suitable for school leavers or groups of people under 21 years of age to occupy the premise. You will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refund will be given in this instance.

This is a special promotional rate and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, any payments made will be forfeited. Date changes may be permitted at the discretion of the accommodation provider, subject to availability.
