PARKING -
•This property fits up to 4 x vehicles and 2 x boats.
•Please note there is no undercover parking on site.

Cancellation Policy

KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here: https://www.kalbarri.org.au/terms

JACKS ON CARLTON CANCELLATION POLICY
* An operator fee of $100 & $55 booking centre fee applies to all bookings cancelled.

* We will refund your deposit if notified 31 days prior to arrival allowing time to rebook the accommodation

* Cancelled bookings made within the 30 day period of arrival forfeit their accommodation unless it is able to be re-booked.

* No show and cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit any payment/s that have been made to the Kalbarri Visitor Centre for the accommodation booking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS -

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the platform’s terms. Refunds may vary depending on notice given and time of year. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in: From 2:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
(Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.)

SMOKING POLICY
Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property, including balconies and outdoor areas. Breach of this policy will result in bond forfeiture.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet enjoyment of the property and neighbourhood must be observed at all times.

PETS POLICY
This is a pet-free property. No pets of any kind are permitted.

GUEST POLICY
Maximum occupancy is 13 guests

Maximum 4 vehicles on the property

No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight without prior approval

The property is not suitable for school leavers or underage group bookings

NOISE & NEIGHBOURHOOD
This property is located in a quiet residential area. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Guests who disturb neighbours may be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

CLEANING
Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive cleaning or failure to remove rubbish may result in additional charges.

DAMAGE & LOSS
Any loss or damage to the property, furniture, or fittings must be reported immediately. Costs may be deducted from the bond.

CHILD SAFETY
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool area, balconies, and staircases. The pool is not fenced to WA residential pool barrier standards—swim at your own risk.
