Please arrive 30 min prior to your start time for briefing and to load belongings on to the vessel.

KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here: www.kalbarri.org.au/terms
If cancelling 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking a 50% fee will be withheld If cancellation occurs within 24 hours or a no-show is deemed, no refund will apply.
The operator reserves the right to cancel any booking if they deem the hirer to be unsuitable or due to unfavourable weather & tide conditions in which case a full refund will be given.
Our Vessel is carefully prepared for each booking.
Whilst not a prerequisite some previous boating experience/knowledge would be advantageous.
Hiring of our boats is an activity that is undertaken at your own risk and while we take all care
and supply all safety equipment no responsibility is accepted by Kalbarri Party Pontoon Hire.
As hirer of one of Kalbarri Party Pontoon Hire vessels you are responsible for any damage to the vessel.
Pets are accepted just not allowed on the seats. Any damage caused will be compensated by the client responsible.
