We harness fresh ingredients, with a focus on locally sourced produce, presenting it in a unique location to create an unforgettable degustation dining experience. Crafted with passion and prepared before your eyes we bring out the taste and excitement of the region with each dish served. An Australian experience unlike anything you can imagine. Our field of Australian produce is ever expanding as we visit different regions, move with the seasons, gain knowledge and understanding and incorporate this into the experience that reflects "Fervor".

Fervor works in partnership with local communities, Traditional Owners and businesses to promote the beauty and assets of each region across the country. With strong ties to the land and environment, Fervor leaves no trace of an event upon completion.

Join us for a dining experience at Murchison House Station, located just a short drive from the coastal resort town of Kalbarri, Western Australia. The terrain is rugged, spectacular, and varied, with land systems ranging from coastal sand plains and dunes to river gorge country, and is abundant with wildlife and birdlife. Camping is available, so please make ensure to visit the website for bookings. 

You are able to place a dollar donation which is given to the Kalbarri Development Association, to assist in the rebuilding of Kalbarri post Cyclone Seroja. 

Fervor harnesses locally sourced and native ingredients showcased in a unique degustation dining experience. 

This is a highly interactive evening and we encourage guests to get up and view the cooking and plating throughout the night, which is done in front of the dining table. This is a special dinner, not to be missed, and we look forward to having you as part of our ever-expanding Fervor family!

Dinner includes a pre-dinner drink, 8 courses, petit fours, and BYO.

• We recommend bringing warm clothing that covers your skin and comfortable footwear.
